Aspheric Lenses are designed to maximize performance in high power Nd:YAG laser applications. The high precision aspheric designs minimize spherical aberration to decrease laser spot size and maintain high power per area. Additionally, Aspheric Lenses feature high performance coatings that have been optimized for the most popular Nd:YAG laser wavelengths and a high damage threshold, UV fused silica substrate that is highly resistant to thermal expansion.
